He married (as his first wife and as her second husband) 11 June 1747 in Lyme, Margaret (Beckwith) Waite, who was born there 5 March 1726 and died there 13 September 1767, daughter of John & Sarah (Anderson) Beckwith.
Margaret married (as her first husband) 10 August 1743 in Lyme, Joseph Waite, who was born there 25 November 1715, and died c. 1746, son of Thomas & Mary (Bronson) Waite.
Ezekiel married (as his second wife and as her second husband) 24 November 1768 in Lyme, Margaret (Brockway) Reed, who was baptized 4 June 1732 in Old Lyme, and died c. 1778, daughter of Ephraim & Susanna (Carrier) Brockway, and widow of Ahimaaz Reed.
Margaret Beckwith & Joseph Waite were the parents of a son:

2. Elias Minor, born 7 February 1749, died 12 June 1800. He married (as his first wife) 20 November 1777 in Lyme, Esther Noyes, who was born there 16 May 1749 and died there 6 January 1786, daughter of Moses & Hannah (Selden) Noyes.
Elias married (as his second wife) 28 August 1786 in Lyme, Sarah Ely, who was born c. 1750, and died c. 1822, daughter of Jacob & Lydia (Merrill) Ely.
3. Martin Minor (Tim’s 5th-great-grandfather), born 1 September 1750 in Old Lyme, died 1 November 1820. He married 11 June 1772 in Lyme, Elizabeth Davis, who was born c. 1754, and died 14 March 1819 in Bloomfield, New York, daughter of William & Esther (—) Davis.
4. Sarah Minor, born 7 July 1752 in Lyme, died there 18 July 1765.
5. Anderson Minor, born 9 July 1754 in Lyme, died 3 March 1835 in Norwich, Vermont. He married (as his first wife) 5 March 1778 in Bolton, Connecticut, Martha Pitkin, who was born there 8 September 1755, and died c. 1794, daughter of Thomas & Martha (White) Pitkin.
6. Ezra Minor, born 2 October 1756 in Lyme, died there 20 July 1766.
7. Seth Minor, born 6 October 1758 in Lyme, died there in September 1841.
8. John Minor, born 25 January 1761 in Lyme, died 20 August 1849 in Cleveland, Ohio. He married (as his first wife) 12 December 1782 in Lyme, Phebe Robbins, who was born 12 December 1760 in Old Lyme, and died 14 March 1804 in Rutland, Vermont, daughter Nathan & Phebe (Beckwith) Robbins.
John married (as his second wife and as her second husband) 14 July 1804 in Bloomfield, Connecticut, Rhoda (Wood) Moses, who was born 25 February 1780 in Rutland, and died 8 September 1852 in Branch, Michigan, daughter of Jeremiah & Rhoda (Mosher) Wood, and widow of Seth Moses.
9. Lurania Minor, born 18 April 1763 in Lyme, died 10 March 1813 in Pomfret, Vermont. She married c. 1787, Dan Winchell, who was born 27 September 1752 in Granby, Connecticut, and died 6 March 1818 in Pomfret, son of Martin & Lucy (Vye) Winchell.

Ezekiel Minor & Margaret Brockway were the parents of two sons:
