Thank you, Jane! It’s actually a summer house and was recently on the market for over a million dollars. The “fence” is a dock. The only way to get there is by small boat. It was high tide in this estuary at the mouth of the Thames River. Cormorants are often on those rocks in the foreground, just a tad too far away for me to get a good picture of them. Someday… It’s quite a conversation piece with the locals.
