The first day of spring is one thing, and the first spring day is another. The difference between them is sometimes as great as a month.

So very true ! Welcome to the first day of spring!
Happy Spring, Jeff! It feels like we’ve had spring days here and there all winter long. 🙂
What a true quote! And how I love the painting. I always ‘fall’ for paintings showing a breeze through a curtained window.
Happy Spring, Pam! We have yet to open any windows this spring. In fact, we still have the heat on. Looking forward to breezes through my curtains.
How true- the first day of spring here was not a spring day.
Happy Spring, Sheryl! We spent our first day of spring in Georgia ~ much warmer than it was here. 🙂
A month ! If only. lol
🙂 I suspect the farther north one lives the longer that gap between the first day of spring and the first spring day… I was surprised how cold it was in Norway in May…
