Atwood, Nathaniel & Mary

My 6th-great-grandfather, Dea. Nathaniel Atwood, son of John & Sarah (Masterton) Atwood, was born 25 February 1652 in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and died there 17 December 1724. He married c. 1683, Mary (—), who was born c. 1660, and died 5 December 1736 in Plympton, Massachusetts.

The Mayflower Society does not accept Mary Morey as the wife of Nathaniel Atwood, so the identity of this Mary remains unknown. She is possibly the daughter of Thomas Lucas (1630-1679) of Plymouth.
