Nature has made you for a giver, your hands are born open, and so is your heart; and though there may be times when your hands are empty, your heart is always full, and you can give things out of that — warm things, kind things, sweet things — help and comfort and laughter — and sometimes gay, kind laughter is the best help of all.

Cute and clever. Sorry I’m late with Thanksgiving wishes. Sybil
Thank you, Sybil! I took this picture in the middle of our Thanksgiving gathering.
beautiful quote Barbara, fits in so well with something I saw in vision, love to you and your family, Tai
Thank you, Tai! Wondering if my sudden urge to take this picture (from my autumn decorations) had something to do with the energy of your vision. Love and blessings to you and your loved ones, too.
maybe so Barbara…in my vision I saw my father coming towards me with a a three tiered holder carrying cup cakes 🙂 the sweet things in life are better when shared, they grow larger the more the hearts around you are opened
with love, Tai
The sweet things in life are indeed better when shared – what an appealing and gracious image to have of your father. 🙂 I am seeing my granddaughter begin to experience the pleasure of sharing when she offers me little bites of her food with a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eyes. Thanks for sharing your vision, Tai. Love you!
The picture is lovely! And I like the quote. This is the time of giving from open hands and hearts.
Thank you, Tiny! Sharing the gift of laughter with family and friends during the holiday season is to be cherished…
This is the cutest picture. May our hearts be always full…
Thank you, Kathy. Oh yes, overflowing with warm things, kind things, sweet things… Today I thought of my grandfather, who often said, “my cup runneth over.”
Ah, yes. Gay kind laughter. Love it. I’m just returning for a week’s visit with good friends on the other side of the country. Best part of the trip? Just sitting together, talking and laughing about nothing and everything. Open hands and open hearts, indeed. xo
Welcome back to New England, Pam! My grandmother used to have a needlepoint image on her wall – said something along the lines of ‘with chat and good cheer, friendship grows.’ It showed two chairs facing each other in front of a fireplace. It must be in a box of treasures somewhere around this place. *hugs*
