I’m fascinated by your choice of image to go with the quote.
To me, home is where you feel comfortable taking off your shoes.
There truly is no place like the home where you can be unmasked and de-shoed! And agree with Sybil – what an “out-of-the-box” image. 🙂
The phrase ‘kick off your shoes and relax your feet’ comes to mind. Of course these days people often want us to take off our shoes when we enter their homes, before we feel comfortable about it, to keep the floors cleaner. 🙂
